These final authoritative long terms clarify user rights and obligations, personal privacy protection rules, intellectual property protection scope, platform liability exemption, and formal dispute settlement mechanisms, forming the highest legal basis for all shopping transactions between users and our apparel brand. We strictly comply with global data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA, and fully protect user personal information security and privacy rights.

All user information collected during account registration and order placement, including real name, contact number, shipping address, postal code, payment records, and browsing logs, is only used for order confirmation, logistics delivery, after-sales communication, and platform service notification. We will never sell, rent, trade, or actively disclose user private information to unauthorized third parties without explicit user consent or legal mandatory requirements. We adopt encrypted storage and security protection measures to prevent user data leakage, tampering, and loss.

All website interface layouts, original apparel designs, pattern creativity, graphic pictures, shooting videos, copywriting content, brand logos, and trademark elements are exclusive intellectual property of our brand and protected by international copyright and design patent laws. Users are prohibited from unauthorized screenshotting, downloading, reproducing, imitating, secondary modifying, commercial copying, and profit resale. Any infringement behavior will result in service restriction and legal liability pursuit.

Users shall independently bear legal responsibility for all interactive content published on the platform, including commodity reviews, consultation messages, and community comments. It is strictly prohibited to publish illegal, violent, discriminatory, insulting, defamatory, infringing, and false misleading content. We reserve the right to delete non-compliant content and restrict user interaction permissions to maintain a standardized platform environment.

In case of any transaction dispute, both parties shall first conduct friendly negotiation based on these complete Terms. If the negotiation fails to reach an agreement, all disputes shall be submitted to the arbitration institution of our brand’s registered jurisdiction for final settlement, and the arbitration result is binding on both parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect loss, incidental loss, and consequential damage caused by user personal negligence, improper operation, and force majeure events.

If any single clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to policy adjustment and legal revision, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and legally binding on both transaction parties. We reserve the final interpretation right of all service rules and transaction policies.
